Johnsonville Flame

Sometimes you get a batch where the casings are stubborn, and end up building up pressure instead of browning like you’d normally expect. The juices build instead of get released. Then the pressure gets to be too much and when it finally explodes into the grill causing a huge flame as you can see above. I’m just glad I had my camera ready for it. Every brat in that pack did this.
