Last Night’s Dinner

Mul naengmyeon
It’s my variation of Mul naengmyeon that is. It’s green tea noodles, with pickled cucumbers, seasoned Daikon radish, and carrots. There’s a spicy Asian table mustard hidden in there. And it’s all in a cold veggie broth.
