Rough Week

I really wish today was Friday. But it’s not. It’s been rough juggling two jobs, as I’m not sure it’s fair to either job to split me between them. So I try to dedicate time to each, in blocks, so that one would be completed then I’d start on the other. It’s helped to make it through the week, but I’m still putting in 10+ a day because I’m usually called into conference calls or meetings just before I’d normally be leaving for the day.

Plus once people figure out who you are, name with face, they start asking you for all sorts of things that you’d probably not normally have to cover. Anyway, it’s been a busy week, but all in all not too bad. Luckily it’s only a week. But I have a feeling that 4 month maternity leave that’s coming up will be a real test.
