To Tony Roma’s

A letter to Tony Roma’s:

Dear TR,
Your consumer product “Shredded Beef” bbq, was quite possibly the most disgusting of all grocery store bbq products I’ve tried. Whenever I used to hear people say there’s no such thing as bad bbq, I’d tell them they’ve never ate at Hustons in Hollywood. I’m pretty sure I’m going to now use your product for that comparison.

Please feel free to contact me if you’d like to hear stories about my experience with your product (both the consumer product referenced above or your actual store in Acapulco, GR, MX), or comparisons to other BBQ consumer products I’ve tried from my local grocery store. I’ll provide you any feedback you need to evaluate the product Rupari is providing consumers under your brand. But please do not contact me if you wish to apologize for my experience, or to offer me any sorts of bribery to try your product again in the future.

Feel free to pass this along to Rupari Food Services, whom I believe actually manufactures your consumer products for you, as I couldn’t find a proper email address or  customer feedback form for them (and calling some unsuspecting office coordinator on their posted business line is just unfair).

Thank you for your time, I’m sorry that your consumer products will be such a negative first impression for many consumers of your restaurant products.
