Pan Fried Nanners

I was craving bananas, but I didn’t just want to peel and eat them raw. So I got this idea to pan fry them in a little olive oil, with cinnamon sprinkled on top as they cooked. Once plated, I added just a smidge of honey and it’s done. Just with as simple as that was, the bananas were so effin’ sweet. It made me think that next time I want to use pancake batter, with peanut butter mixed in, and batter them and fry them. I guess that’d be fried peanut butter nanners. Damn, I have to make that happen at least once.
Next time I’ll use bananas that are less ripe, as these almost turned to mush as I fried them.
