Food Allergy

Not sure what I ate yesterday that’s causing this, but my tongue is swelling, and so are my fingers. Then there’s the severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. It has to be a food  allergy, but just what exactly am I allergic too? I’m sort of afraid to go through and eat the same things again just to find out, because this is horrible.
