What the hell is this?

I know it’s a flower. I’m just trying to figure out what kind. We have a pretty amazing florist that comes in and makes sure all the plants on campus are watered and maintained, but they also do two floral displays. And usually these displays have some somewhat exotic flowers in them. Exotic meaning, I’ve never seen them before.
