Baby Bokchoy
After trying it out a couple of weeks ago, I picked up some more today from the Silver Lake Farmer’s Market. I stir fried it with some olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a little honey. It turned out pretty damn good, but this time I know I cooked it about a minute too long.

I heard somewhere that all the carbs in bokchoy are fiber.
So while it was a heaping pile of greens, I had also skipped breakfast, so I needed something more. Well I also bought some tomatoes and mozzarella, and they go well together. So I sliced up some tomatoes, interleaved some fresh mozzarella, covered it in a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil, pepper, garlic, and red pepper. It was delicous, and completed the meal.
