Mmmm Pork Chops.

Last night’s dinner was pork chops. Well sort of. They were actually pork tenderloins, cut nice and thick, then dregged through an egg bath and breaded, before finally being baked for almost an hour. Not sure why I wanted to bake them this time, perhaps just for a change from the norm. I mixed some garlic and soy sauce in with the egg, and it turned out damn good.

I always seem to say that if it turns out good, I’ll have to do it again, but really, I never seem to stick to that. I constantly seem to look for a different way to prepare some meat each time. Sometimes the result is worthwhile, sometimes it isn’t. But that’s the fun of cooking for yourself and experimenting.

Besides, I can’t repeat this one tomorrow, I finished everything.

See those asparagus spears? Yeah, I’m already hating that smell when I hit the restroom this morning. :P

Is donati.org now turning into the all-food blog?
If so, the bacon explosion needs some love on here for its sheer awesomeness.

Well my blog has always been about things around me. And with as drastic a diet change as I made over these past few months, of course there’ll be a few more blogs about food than normal.
