There have been a great deal many changes going on with my host server over the past few weeks. The most recent change has seemed to all but kill this site’s speed. So while I work on a solution to this problem I’ll continue to add rants to the site. You can access those as you always have by clicking the Rex’s Rants menu item to the left, or clicking on one of the most recent posts listed to the right.
I’ve started researching the possibility of switching to a different blogging CMS for this site, I’ve also looked at different versions of the same system. Until I finish testing them to see what works and best suits my needs for displaying my random thoughts and images, I won’t be implementing any changes to the existing system.
I’ve started going through and removing sections of the site that I no longer find valid for my needs. I’ve cleaned up those that I want to keep around to make sure the links are correct and working. I’m also debating some possible new additions to the site. But as you may know if you’ve been a longstanding reader of my drivel, this site is used essentially as a place for me to vent. Once I get it out, I can move on. Sometimes it’s a place to share stories of my experiences in life.
While I hope you are entertained, it’s not my purpose to create entertainment for you. So read at your own risk. It may be entertaining, it could be boring.
